I’ve researched a few ways to be successful in marketing with real estate. Here’s what I’ve found:
Have a good professional and reliable website. Make sure you go through all of your pages. Make sure there are no errors or areas you forgot to fill out. Don’t forget you want your webpage to look good but to also be functional as well.
Start a blog. This may sound silly, but blogs can help build an audience over time. The sooner you start adding to your blog, the more people can find your ideas and follow you. Simple rules: blog often, talk about useful things that relate to real estate, include pictures and videos!
Install analytics on your website (if it doesn’t already have one). Google analytics is a good idea to have because it will track your progress of your posts, your visitors, according to the google analytics page, google’s products have helped others succeed to improve engagement by over 30% and click-throughs by over 20% for content promotions! Get social!!!! Nowadays, its all about the #socialpages and the #itsawesome, or #realestateiscool, well, now that you get what is so important, people are on this trend of social media. It is so very popular and people use it EVERYDAY!! So why not take advantage of it? These social media sites now have specific tools to help you market. For a small fee, they can help you reach hundreds of thousands of people depending on how much you’d like to spend. Try it out! You can also create a facebook page, an instagram, a snapchat, and/or a twitter (or all 4!) for your company. Just make sure you’re able to keep up with it all! Maybe if you have a teenager at home, you can ask for their help to manage it as being part of the family business!! LOL!! (You can maybe raise their allowance for it too!)
