Did you know there there are some studies that say if you work more than 40 hours a week you will actually be less productive ?
Here’s a few tips on how to be more productive:
1. Set some attainable goals- we want goals that are easily achieved. Put it somewhere you can see. Or put it on something you use all the time (a.k.a. The smart phone you are using now).
2. Develop routines- having a routine down means you need to do the same thing every day for a minimum of 21 days. This then creates a habit. Once you form a habit, one can easily do the simple routine without question.
3. Wake up earlier- if you wake up earlier you have more time in your day to help yourself. You have more time to get stuff done you normally wouldn’t get done. Studies do say that people are usually more productive in the mornings because you ideally have more energy from sleeping the night before.
4. Try new and different things. Sometimes if you try something new and different you will realize that once you have tried it, you won’t be hesitant to do it the next time. You will just continually need try the same thing until you are comfortable doing so.
